Europcar International has set objectives of progress on

gender equity topic, relating on 2 indicators out of 5 existing.

 

Remuneration indicator: 34 points out to 40

Continue the effort on salary increase and promotions equity

(selectivity rate and increase amount), recruitment and bonuses attribution.

With a specific focus on the category of exempts more than 50 years old.

Objective 2024: 35 points

 

Individual increase: 5 points out of 20

Set up a specific monitoring of gender equity balance during

the salary review process, and integrate a parity objective in the 

salary campaign validation process.
