2021 Gender equality index

94/100

The Group's results in the 2021 Gender Equality Index are the crowning achievement of our determination.

Europcar Mobility Group France achieves a score of 94 points, compared with 74 in 2019. The Paris headquarters scored 86 points, compared with 81 in 2020.
Particular attention has been paid to reducing the pay gap between women and men, particularly when they return from maternity leave.
