Alain Favey is Europcar Mobility Group’s Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Management Board since June 1st, 2023.
Alain Favey can draw on more than 30 years of experience in the international automotive industry, in marketing & sales roles and as a top manager and CEO.
He began his career at Citroën in 1989, where he was responsible for various European markets. He then joined the Volkswagen Group in 2009, as Head of Sales Europe for Volkswagen Passenger Cars, before becoming CEO of Porsche Holding Salzburg, Europe's largest automotive distribution company, in 2012.
In 2017, he became Management Board Member for Sales and Marketing at ŠKODA AUTO, then moved into the same role at Bentley Motors in 2021.
Alain Favey is a graduate of HEC Paris.
Philip de Klerk is Europcar Mobility Group’s CFO and member of the management board. He joined the Group in June 2022.
Prior to him joining Europcar Mobility Group, Philip has been Group CFO at Clarks, an international shoe manufacturer and retailer, CEO and CFO at Low & Bonar plc, building and construction materials, and CFO at regional airline Flybe.
Previously, he occupied various senior finance roles in blue chip companies like Unilever, Ineos and SABMiller. He started his career at Unilever.
Philip studied business economics (drs.) in Rotterdam and law (mr.) at the Open University in Heerlen. He completed his post-graduation education as register controller (RC) at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
Christian Dahlheim is the Chairman of Europcar Mobility Group’s Supervisory Board.
He is currently Chairman of the Management Board of Volkswagen Financial Services AG, that he joined in 2005 as Head of Corporate Development. He is also Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Green Mobility Holding.
Between 2008 and 2012, he held the position of Head of Europe & International. In 2012, he moved to VW Credit, Inc. as USA Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In 2014, he was appointed President and CEO of VW Credit, Inc. and assumed overall responsibility for the Volkswagen Group's North American financial services business.
Between 2016 and 2018, Christian Dahlheim was a member of the Board of Management of Volkswagen Financial Services AG and was responsible for Sales and Marketing. From 2018 to 2022, he led the Volkswagen Group Sales before returning to Volkswagen Financial Services as Chairman of the Board of Management in 2022.
Christian Dahlheim studied physics and holds a Doctorate in Business Administration and Management from the European Business School.
Holger Peters is a member of Europcar Mobility Group’s Supervisory Board.
Since June 1st, 2023, he was appointed as the Board Member for Finance, IT and Legal Affairs of the SKODA AUTO Management Board. Furthermore, he is a Member of Green Mobility Holding’s Supervisory Board.
In his previous role, Holger Peters managed the Volkswagen Group’s Transformation Office dedicated to establish cooperation with EMG and worked as the Volkswagen representative in the Consortium with Attestor and PON.
Prior to this, Holger Peters was the CEO of Porsche Financial Services GmbH & Co. KG and the Group Executive Officer of the Porsche Financial Services Group which provides mobility, insurance and financial services in more than 16 countries to the Volkswagen Group Brands: Porsche, Bentley, Lamborghini and Bugatti.
Overall, Holger Peters has more than 27 years of experience in the Volkswagen Group with various international top management roles at OEM, captive and retail level.
Janus Smalbraak started his career as Investment Manager at NeSBIC Group B.V. In early 2000, Janus Smalbraak joined Pon Holding B.B. as Director of Strategy and Development and was actively involved in the takeover of Geveke N.V. by Pon in 2003.
From 2005 to 2010 he was CEO of Pon's Equipment + Power business. Since 2010, Janus Smaalbrak has been CEO of Pon Holdings B.V., with overall responsibility for Pon in all areas.
David Alhadeff started his career as an Executive Director (Technology, Media, Telecom) at Goldman Sachs & Co Investment Banking Division in London in 2008.
In 2012, he joined ATTESTOR Ltd London UK as a Partner, responsible for special opportunity strategies. He specializes on investments in the corporate, real estate, hospitality and shipping sectors. He is also responsible for corporate control investments.
David Alhadeff holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Jan-Christoph Peters started his career as an analyst at Greenhill&Co and Carval Investors UK limited before founding ATTESTOR Capital LLP in 2011. He is currently a Director and Investment Manager at Attestor Limited, and a director at Attestor Value Fund GP Limited, Attestor Value Fund Limited, Attestor Capital Limited and Attestor Services Limited.
Jan-Christoph Peters holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Frankfurt and a Master's degree in Philosophy of Economics from the University of Cambridge.

José Blanco is Group Chief Sales Officer, member of the Executive Committee, since July 2020: a role that he took on in the context of "CONNECT 2023", the transformation plan of the Group.
José Blanco was previously Managing Director of the Low-Cost BU, member of the Executive Committee, a position he assumed since June 2019. Prior to this, he was Sales and Marketing Director for Europcar Mobility Group UK and before that, he held the same position in Spain.
José Blanco has over 20 years of experience in leisure and tourism, managing sales & marketing areas in companies such as Portaventura Park and Resort, Grandvalira Ski and Pullmantur Cruises (Royal Caribbean Group).
Christian Bouzaid joined the Group in March 2024, as Group Chief Marketing and Revenue Officer, member of the Executive Committee.
Christian Bouzaid is a seasoned senior leader, with a strong expertise in revenue development and optimization strategies in the leisure industry.
Since 2018, he was Commercial Planning and Optimization Vice-President at Walt Disney World in Orlando. Prior to this, he held several revenue management and digital marketing positions at Disnelyland Paris, Corsair International and Air France - KLM.

Claire Charbit joined the Group in September 2023, as Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer, member of the Group Executive Committee.
Over the last 15 years, Claire Charbit held a number of key roles within Air France, including her last position of Senior VP Transformation. Prior to that, she was Senior VP Product & Technology for Digital, Marketing and Sales for Air France KLM. She also managed transformative programs related to the digitization of customer journeys and the implementation of state-of-the art revenue management systems. She started her career in Accenture where she spent 10 years on assignments in France and abroad.
Claire holds a PhD in Business Administration and Management from the Université Paris Dauphine.
Stéphane Crasnier joined the Group in September 2023, as Group Chief Fleet and Operations Officer.
Stéphane Crasnier is a seasoned professional, expert in fleet management and remarketing. Since July 2018, he was President of Alphabet France, the 3rd largest multi-brand full service leasing company in the French market. Prior to that, Stéphane Crasnier held various positions in France and abroad (China, Australia) in the automotive distribution sector (Ford), car manufacturers (Ford, Citroën, BMW) and a financial captive (BMW Financial Services).
Stéphane Crasnier graduated from the ESSCA in Sales and Marketing.
Carlos Leira joined the Group in early 2023 as Chief Product & Technology Officer, and member of the Executive Committee. He was previously Global Chief Technology Officer at Computershare, leading large dispersed global teams that served complex B2C and B2B customer needs. Prior to this, Carlos held a range of product and technology roles with the France Telecom businesses Orange and Wanadoo including developing customer and billing platforms, financial systems and networks. Earlier in his career he worked in Consulting and Technology vendors.
A Spanish national, Carlos has spent extensive periods working in Europe and the Americas, and he holds a masters degree in Computer Engineering from Deusto, Bilbao and an MBA from Cranfield, UK, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing.
Dominique joined the Group in January 2024 as Group General Counsel, member of the Group Executive Committee.
She has occupied Executive level positions in various countries and companies, navigating in complex legal landscapes. She notably spent 15 years at ABB, where her latest position was Senior VP, Chief Counsel, responsible for Group Litigation and the legal team supporting the non-core business. More recently, she was Board member of Agon Partners Compliance AG.
Sybille Van Steijn joined the Group in November 2023 as Chief HR Officer, member of the Executive Committee.
She spent the last ten years at Pon, where she became in 2021 Senior Vice President HR and member of the Executive Board of Directors of Pon Holdings, holding global HR responsibilities to foster and support the growth of Pon’s global footprint.
In addition to this corporate role, Sybille has also been VP HR of Pon.Bike business cluster (the world’s leading bicycle family with iconic brands such as Gazelle, Urban Arrow, Santa Cruz, Cannondale, Cervélo, ...) where she contributed to the development of the bike business in Europe, Asia/Pacific and North America.
Sybille is a graduate from La Sorbonne and the University of London.
